Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use it as an employee for time/attendance, reports, approvals, and tracking my company benefits. I also utilize the Partner Admin Account for Ben Administration and Reporting for my clients brokerage services.

  • Great resources to to back-up data and ensure quality and accuracy
In my opinion, superior reporting and easier access to manage HR & Benefits. Not too many bells and whistles, the user-friendly platform and data set pulls are great for myself and my clients.

This is probably my favorite aspect. The usability exceeds that of many other HRIS & Ben Admin systems that I utilize daily.
I have utilized many Ben Admin & HRIS systems for my personal account to manage others. In my opinion, Rippling is the best due to the simplicity of the platform & extensive reporting options, as they are very clear-cut and fast to access/upload broad amounts of data sets.

  • By utilizing ourselves, we can get other clients to move from an inferior product. This will help us and them in our working relationship.
I am not the decision maker on this, but would vote to not change to another system, based on experience utilizing many other platforms.
