Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling as an individual contributor at M******. I use the platform to submit my hours, manage my benefits, as well as find new information my company is trying to spread throughout the ranks. I also use Rippling to submit for time off and Paid Time Off and Sick Leave.

Super easy to use!
Rippling is great for when a person needs to actually submit their time sheet on time and needs to get it approved by a manager or admin. Rippling is great for when you need to manage you employee benefits and HSA.

Rippling is less appropriate for when you need to assign leads to a teammate
