Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling has helped me in creating a Global team at my company. There was a lot of talent pool to harness in India and a few other countries for data science roles in my team. I was not able to decide how to onboard these folks from different geographies that can save a ton in cost as a US based company & help us utilize the Talent pool. That's where Rippling helped us a lot and solved our Payroll, Onboarding & Employee engagement related issues & enabled to work more efficiently as a global organization. Also, the integrations with Rippling were fast & effortless for our internal teams.

Pros

Cons

  • Filing of Taxes can be made simpler
  • They can have more third party integrations to be more user friendly
  • The customer support can be more responsive
  • It helped reduce the cost & time towards employee management by one third
  • It helped reduce the cost & time towards payroll by one by fourth
  • The time taken for new integrations were significantly lesser.
Rippling has better compatibility with third party tools/products & it delivers faster than the rest mentioned here. Zoho doesn't help in global payroll management & has a cumbersome payroll. greytHR & Darwinbox are not easily configurable & are slow to respond. As per my past experiences, the support team at Rippling is far better than other companies .
Support at Rippling is faster than others but I am sure there is room for improvement. They hear you & try to come up with solution so not much to complain. Between my problem was acknowledged in 2 days, first responded in 3 days & solved in 7 days so that's a good timeline.

It's a great product as I have mentioned in previous responses.
It helps in solving global Payroll, Onboarding & Employee engagement related problems for large as well as small organizations of that have diverse employee segments. Also, it's the best product out there for multiple integrations across products.

If there a cumbersome niche requirement like a specified reporting where manual reporting is also required then there might be other products out there or in-house building also a good option to consider.
