Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Our organization uses Rippling for Payroll and as our HRIS system. It tracks PTO, our pay history, our contact information and our HR policies.

Pros

  • Ease of use
  • very user friendly with everything in one place
  • I love the pay stubs they get my attention and are easy to read

Cons

  • I honestly can't think of many things it doesn't do - maybe training and development?
  • Maybe it could inform us on holidays
  • We don't have a lot of HR expertise internally so it fills our HR and HR tech needs
  • Reduces the questions our operations team has which is great as they are a small team
Much better, much more user friendly much more contemporary
I have never had to contact them so I don't know about their support. Like many tech platforms I am guessing there are fewer customer service reps and most info is either online or answered by a "bot" but I'm making some assumptions about tech companies here.

It's excellent usability is one of it's strongest features. Easy to use, easy to find everything you need all in one place -either online or on the App
Compared to other more antiquated systems I've had to use in my past companies Rippling is so much better - it's an app and a platform. Everything is in one easy place to find all you need.
