Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling to manage my paychecks, PTO, and learning/training programs. Rippling is a true one-stop solution for all admin related tasks and the integration ability makes it very easy to link to other tools we use on a daily basis as well. Overall it's very efficient and helps give the time back to us for other work.

  • Whenever I want to review a learning course I completed in the fast, I have to go through the course again and retake all the quiz. I wish it didn't ask me to do that.
  • The interface for employee work hour management is not super intuitive.

I think Rippling is more nimble and iterates faster than ADP. The user interface is also more intuitive. Overall it also feels faster and snappier than ADP. I like it that you can manage PTO, payroll, work hours, learning and compliance all in one place. The license-based pricing model makes it easier to adopt as well.

The user interface alone has been updated a few times since I started using Rippling so you can tell the team really emphasize the customer experience/journey. The mobile app is very fast and easy to navigate as well. I also feel secure using Rippling as I know this is a top priority for them.
It is well suited for managing the PTOs of someone's direct reports, but it can get very overwhelming is the company has a lot of contractors and hourly workers.

It's suited for startups and SMBs but for a large corporation I'm not sure Rippling can handle the volume and complexity.
