Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Hi, I use Rippling to clock in and out of work, for my tax papers, for time off, and to see my contributions for all my health plans. It has medical, dental, and vision information. It helps me see and keep track of my pay stubs as well.

Pros

  • Time keeping for time cards.
  • Seeing time off bank.
  • Holding my tax information.

Cons

  • I would like to see less of the Turn on multi-factor authentication reminder.
  • I do not use this for business objectives.
The Workday was unorganized, in my opinion. It has way too many tabs, which makes it difficult to schedule time off. Rippling is much more organized and has what you need right in your face. It immediately shows you the time off that you scheduled when it is approved. It immediately shows you your hours worked. It has a great way of showing you your time card for the week without having to go searching.
I have never needed to contact them because everything has run smoothly for the two years that I have been using it, which is why it is a 10 on the scale for me. It's always made easy.

I give it a ten because everything we need is laid out on the front page as soon as you log in. There is no real searching, and I have to figure it out.
Rippling has been the easiest time-keeping app that I have ever used. It is easy, right to the point, and everything that you need is easy to find. It has a great reaction time, and it helps keep everything up to date. It has your medical information, tax information, time off tracking, and pay stubs all in one place, which makes it extremely functional.
