Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling in order to input our PTO, generate and track our invoices, as well as access review cycles.
Rippling has solved the need for having various programmes and apps for different tasks. Previously I had three different platforms, but now, Rippling has provided one centralised dashboard in which I can execute my tasks for payroll, accessing benefits, and tracking/inputting time-off.

Pros

  • The best thing I have found when using Rippling is its centralised dashboard. Not only is this convenient, but it also allows me to manage all of my work-related tasks such as accessing pay stubs, enrolling in benefits, and tracking time off.
  • Rippling supports integrations with a wide range of third-party applications, therefore making it easily adaptable to a variety of tech-stacks.
  • There is a wide array of support channels, with efficient response times to ensure your query is dealt with efficiently and with minimal downtime.

Cons

  • In the near future, I would like to see some more flexibility when it comes to dashboard customisation. This would ensure I am accessing the most relevant benefits and applications to me.
  • At first, I found the interface a bit overwhelming due to many different areas within the platform. However, this was quickly solved with their training materials and walkthrough tutorials.
  • Other than the two points mentioned, I genuinely do not have any other suggestions or feedback, as this is one of the best platforms I have used in my professional career.
  • Reduces the time it takes to generate and input information for invoicing, therefore increasing efficiency and streamlining our operations.
  • Increased efficiency in requesting and viewing our time-off with a generated amount of hours we have remaining.
  • Enables personal and professional development of employees, therefore providing crucial up-skilling.
We have previously used company-created platforms that have performed similar functions to Rippling, however, Rippling is in a league of its own. Instead of 2-3 applications, Rippling has seamlessly centralised it into one dashboard, allowing us to perform all of our previous tasks in once place, with greater ease. Additionally, it has saved me a lot of time when it is time for invoicing and requesting time-off.
Rippling has amazing customer support with extremely fast turn-around times when handling your queries. Queries or concerns are all dealt with on the same day. Additionally, Rippling has made it even more seamless through their wide array of FAQ's, essentially answering any of your queries ahead of time. Additionally, customer support are always extremely helpful and efficient in resolving the matter at hand.

I gave Rippling a 10/10 as it is one of the best intuitive, centralised platforms I have used when it comes to requesting time off, and generating invoices each month. Rippling was extremely easy to implement as it provided detailed, step-by-step instructions, leaving no confusion for me at all. One of the highlights of this platform is their customer support. There is a wide array of support channels, with efficient response times to ensure your query is dealt with efficiently and with minimal downtime. It has an extremely easy to learn interface, and it provides step-by-step set-up and training on how to use the platform and find all available resources. Highly recommend!
Well-Suited: Rippling has removed the need for 2-3 different applications in our organisation for payroll and time-off , and instead, combines it into one centralised dashboard for all of our needs. I am able to generate my invoice, track its status, as well as request and plan my time-off.

Less-Appropriate: I have yet to encounter any issues while using Rippling at this current moment. What I have noticed though, is that customer support is primarily email based, therefore you may not receive the answers you are looking for immediately due to email response times, however Rippling has quite a fast turnaround time.
