Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I am an employee of the org. I use Rippling to track my salary, schedule time off, and review any company HR information I need to to perform in my job. Rippling is our payroll and employee management system so all HR functions get managed within there. As far as I can tell, it handles everything an HR system needs to!

In my opinion, Paylocity was a pain in the [...] to navigate. The app was constantly buggy to outright broken. It made us remember an arbitrary code for login that password managers didn't support. To me, just felt clunky compared to Rippling in almost every way. It did have a document portal to hold all of my employment documents and policies for my reference.

Everything makes sense in terms of its layout. I really have no qualms or complaints. I never dread having to jump into Rippling to do something. Its a breeze to use!
I really have no complaints on the platform other than the lack of a document portal to host my employment agreement and the payment emails being super delayed every two weeks when I get an ACH. Other than that, the platform is perfect for my needs as an employee.
