Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is used from time keeping and punching, to personal time off and other types of time off request. It is also used to manage payroll functions, such as submitting timecards and pay stubs. As an individual user, all the administrative functions are available all in the software and allows for fast and effective communication for HR needs

Rippling is far superior on functional use for an individual. The software on the app and desktop is a lot intuitive, yet simple and easy to navigate. UKG was very limited on what you were able to use it for. Time off request are simpler to navigate and submit whereas UKG is pretty buggy

Being able to use and navigate the app and desktop software makes it easy to access from anywhere when needed. Improvements can be made on the app itself, but still very useable and simple to use. All the administrative and payroll and HR essential functions are easy to find and navigate
Overall, Rippling software on a web browser and in the App is extremely easy to use and navigate. Time keeping and tracking, payroll functions, administrative support are just some of the functions within the software that are simple and easy to get to and use. Only real complaint on the software is more towards the app and the limited information it shows and connectivity.
