Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling to enroll in my benefit, manage my PTO and complete mandatory training by HR. My payroll and taxes documents are done there too. It's for sure intuitive and easier than the system we were using before. It also allow to enter the schedule for the whole teams, allowing managers to easily modify anything based on business requirement, and having the team updated on real time, rather than sensing emails to notify about changes.

Pros

  • maybe the calendar more visual friendly ?
  • I like the pie charts in my paystub
  • time that employe need to spend the enter their work hour is reduced
  • facilitating the planning the scheduling of agent to cover different timezones
Paylocity was good, and had some feature that in a way I preferred ( pie chart in the paystub ; easier to locate accumulation and usage of PTO ) , however rippling is overall easier and more oriented to a less time consuming approach . it's also very final user friendly, making it very intuitive to use .

If I would have to use to key-words to describe , I would say : user-friendly and efficient. I mentioned previously how easy and fast was the renewal of the yearly benefits. Being able to do it in 5 minutes, over the 30-40 minutes of the past was shocking, and the whole platform seems to be designed on the same principle of efficiency in the matter of no time wasting. Why overcomplicate something simple, right ?
The renewal of my yearly benefit was amazing, it probably took me 5 minutes. In the past , with different systems, it was like re-enrolling again all over and very time consuming. I think this was really great, and if I was the decision maker it's something I would take in consideration seriously. Everything seems well thought and realized to be very User friendly (and not time consuming)
