Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
We use Rippling for our payment information, benefits, and time off tracking. Our team easily accesses pay stub information and documents pertaining to their hire date. Rippling makes it easier for our managers to accept our time off requests and keeps everything organized in the calendar so we can see when other employees are taking time off as well.

Cons
- A financial advisor for your 401k.
- Helpful tips/more information when describing any laws that impact your choice of benefit (IE, for Massachusetts, a law popped up when I was choosing a benefit, but it wasn't that helpful).
- N/A - I can't think of any other improvements.
- Less time managing time off tracking.
- Less time notifying all members of a company of events.
- Increased employee satisfaction having a hub that organizes all important documents.
