Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for our payment information, benefits, and time off tracking. Our team easily accesses pay stub information and documents pertaining to their hire date. Rippling makes it easier for our managers to accept our time off requests and keeps everything organized in the calendar so we can see when other employees are taking time off as well.

Pros

Cons

  • A financial advisor for your 401k.
  • Helpful tips/more information when describing any laws that impact your choice of benefit (IE, for Massachusetts, a law popped up when I was choosing a benefit, but it wasn't that helpful).
  • N/A - I can't think of any other improvements.
  • Less time managing time off tracking.
  • Less time notifying all members of a company of events.
  • Increased employee satisfaction having a hub that organizes all important documents.
Rippling performs well against Justworks, and I didn't struggle at all with the new interface. It also does well for change management, as it was easy for our company to switch over to Rippling instead of using Justworks.

I give this rating because I had zero issues adopting this new software when my company switched over a few months ago. I am easily able to access the information I need regarding time tracking, benefits, and document management.
Rippling is well suited for medium-sized to large companies as it's a robust platform built for a large number of employees. However, because the software is extensive, I wouldn't recommend it for a small company with less than 20 people.
