Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling to track hours clocked in, vacation and sick time, tardiness and such. It has helped us reduce the amount of administrative time needed to do so. Our employees all have gotten the hang of the app, and use it to clock in and out every day. The weekly reports are nice too for tracking variances.

Rippling has some advantages in terms of time tracking, vacation tracking, and gps tracking. We had several issues with bamboo not working in the past and stopped using it. Rippling also seems to be priced competitively, and most of these companies charge for each additional feature which can be frustrating at times.
Great customer support, makes time tracking a breeze. less admin work is always a plus too. app is easy to use, and teach to new employees. I would like it the reports were a bit easier to read/ compare. otherwise Rippling has been a great addition to our technology toolbelt.

Very easy to use, have trained several employees on how to use it as well. It is affordable, and will save you money over time with the decrease in admin work that is required. They are always making improvements to the app too to make it easier to use. 9/10
time tracking, not suitable for company with salaried employees. This app is ideal for employees paid by the hour. it is nice that is lets you tie hours to a po number, makes tracking true costs much easier. The gps tracking feature ensures people are where they say they are working. good accountability system.
