Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
Our organization uses Rippling to track the hours of employees, manage all payroll outcomes, as well as distribute training and contracts to employees. Rippling helps our organization in requiring trainings and tracking their completions. Each of our employees (domestic and international) is able to use Rippling, and we are also able to manage local payroll laws and regulations.
Pros
- Tracking and requiring trainings of employees so everyone is up to date on guidelines and compliances.
- Rippling provides room to add education to each employee's page so they can learn more about the organization when onboarding
- Rippling does a great job allowing employees to track their time, edit their time when needed, and team leads to accept or change times.
Cons
- The customization of the user experience is limited. I've seen other work-tracking softwares provide modules on the front page to see all your important data, but Rippling sticks to individual pages/apps
- the mobile app sometimes freezes up if you clock in on the desktop while looking at the mobile app
- With the trainings, team leads spend less time encouraging team members to complete them on different platforms because employees are able to see and complete them all on Rippling without needing to leave the platform.
