Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I am an employee for a company that uses Rippling for payroll. Rippling helps me get paid and handles my benefits

Pros

  • User interface is very simple to use
  • They email me reminders when I have tasks that need completion.
  • Easy to set up my bank to receive payments
  • Love the Dashboard as it is very simple

Cons

  • Printable documents for my benefits package.
  • Sending info relating to the benefits package once enrolled, I still don't know if I should be waiting for a dental insurance card.
  • Rippling gets me paid fast and simply
  • Rippling makes it easy to change and edit things in my profile as a individual
Rippling is so much more clear at the user level. There is less of a learning curve for employees just starting out.

Because of it's clean dashboard and simple user interface. This is something that I have noted more than once because it turly is so straight forward and easy to use!
Rippling is so easy to use and I can find what ever I need at a moments notice.
