Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling as our HR platform, document gather, and one-stop log-in for many of the applications we use. Rippling is a great tool to see all the different benefits and how to access different links. With a 100% remote team, Rippling is able to bring us all together.

  • Being able to adjust personal apps
  • Chat help not on all pages.
  • Easy platform to use when scaling the company.
  • With a smaller team, the chart is useful for everyone to see who they directly work for.
  • Makes it easy to track hours
Rippling handles payroll so much easier for our remote team.
The chat bot was not helpful, but once I got an agent, super easy. Friendly, answered all my questions.

All the menu options are easy. Everything is laid out accordingly.
I have had to use their support function, and it is super easy.
Single sign-on works, which is not always true for this type of software.
For new hire onboarding, it was easy to upload my documents.
