Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

The company works with many contractors and employees over the world. Rippling is the platform we use as a HR HQ basically, the payments are done through this platform, we also have the organization chart there with everybody's roles and we can request PTO and Sick leaves in the platform, which is great to have centralized information. It is also a great solution in terms of payment, having worked in the past with other companies, the experience here is way easier for everyone to handle.
On top of that, we also have all the contracts stored in there and the tax forms that need to be provided.

Pros

  • Provide an easy solution for vacation and PTO requests
  • Centralize key info

Cons

  • In the org chart, there is very little room for titles and we do have more than one
  • The birthdays are shown weirdly
  • The company holidays are hard to find in the platform
  • Facilitating HR situations is great
  • Payment is quite simpler for the employees
  • Being able to provide flexibility on the payment and different bank accounts is a bonus
It is way easier to handle without mentioning how better the rates are, the amount of fees you end up paying in Paypal as an employee are high.
I haven't needed a lot of support, but in the past have had issues login in and they were unable to provide a solution, we had to fix it on our own, the person was sure was using the correct password but it didn't work, then the email sent about "forget my password" was not being received. We had to have her sign up from scratch.

Yes

It is overall great. Simple to use, clear and all the information is in there. However, one thing that makes it somewhat confusing is the fact that there are some particular cases of information stored in a non logical section, so sometimes one needs to go section by section because where you think it is, is not at the end.
As a platform, it is a 10, though it is somewhat robust, so smaller companies might find it too complex.
