Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We mainly use Rippling for employee clock-ins, time off, vacation time and overall payroll. It is the easiest app to use for payroll that I have experienced. The UI is very intuitive and documents are very easy to obtain and download. Time adjustments are easy to make and the calendar system is easy to read.

Pros

  • The UI is great and intuitive
  • Documents are readily available and easy to access
  • Clock-In and Clock out adjustments are easy to make
  • Time off requests are not a hassle at all.

Cons

  • Needs break notifications
  • Needs custom reminders
  • Needs to be easier to adjustment the time on the adjustment requests, mainly to make it bigger

Rippling is very easy to use, the clock in and clock out feature is dummy proof. The ability to make adjustments and request time off is very easy and the overall UI is very intuitive. Documents are easy to locate and obtain. I have had no negative experiences with Rippling so far.
Rippling suits our needs well. The ease of use and the intuitive UI has made payroll process as smooth as possible. It has not given me any issues when it comes to clocking in or requesting time off. The tax documents where very easy to locate and obtain. I have no negative notes on Rippling so far.
