Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I used Rippling for onboarding when I started a new job. The interface was VERY user friendly. I was able to quickly onboard with zero issues. I worked at a small HR company before and it was not nearly as efficient or user friendly. I would definitely recommend using Rippling for HR software!

Pros

Cons

  • too many emails reminding me of tasks to complete
  • I didn't know onboarding could be so easy!
  • Able to sign documents very easily
  • Signing up for benefits was user friendly
Rippling is SO MUCH easier than GoCo. I worked for GoCo in the past and worked in technical support. And I saw so many issues every day with how the app worked. I was shocked to onboard with Rippling and have ZERO ISSUES. It was so easy! Highly recommend.

So easy to use.
Rippling was so incredibly easy to use. I prefer it over other HR software for the mere ease of use. I was able to complete all my onboarding paperwork and sign documents and sign up for benefits very easily!
