Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

From my perspective, we use Rippling for anything HR related. Our offer letters get stored there and any state related work posters, our pay stubs, our time off requests, our benefits, etc. We manage our FSA through there. Our office holidays are listed and updated there. Our sexual-harassment trainings are held through there I believe too.

Pros

  • UI design
  • Easy to understand

Cons

  • Sometimes, if things are hidden by a dynamic menu item, it can be difficult to find
  • I don't know any specific number since I'm an end user but from my perspective, it's been amazing. Save me hours of frustration

Easiest thing to use for anything HR related I've never had an issue with it in my three years at my company. It's always been a pleasant experience. The UI is beautiful and I appreciate the simplicity. In probably one of the more arguably un- fun sides of business. It makes it a breeze.
Appcues, Outreach, Gong
Anything HR related. My entire three years of this company I've never run into an issue using the system from the get-go. It's been super easy. The paystub management is easy. The time off request is easy. Finding my offering letter or any other work documentation is easy. Managing how I want my paycheck split within Rippling is super easy.
