Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I am an HR Generalist so I use it for onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, Payroll, time cards, making reports, etc. I am very happy because it is all under one umbrella We’re exploring further automation for performance reviews and learning modules. Recruitment is by far my fav modules. I also like how user friendly it is. With workflows and everything.

Pros

Cons

  • If someone is on leave the name doesnt specifically say (on Leave/maternity leave/STD/LTD,etc), which is a little confusing for rest of the organization because they are still called active
  • Workflows- quite complicated
  • I cant find specific people on search bar via Rippling number or their legal name it always searches by employees preferred name which is usually different from legal names
  • Positive: Save our time for a lot of things
  • Negative : No Negatives
  • Positive: very easy onboarding
Really good as everything is under one umbrella. In collage we had to struggle to see what gets integrated or not.
But with Rippling you have everything is infront of me. I just feel more comfortable regarding making things employee changes and things that employees need. this just makes more sense
Rippling has been a game-changer for us. It simplifies onboarding, payroll, compliance, and time tracking across the organization. The automation and integration features save time and reduce errors. Their support team has been incredible always responsive and helpful whenever we need assistance or customization. Absolutely very happy. also live chat will be great

It still has some scope of being better but currently it is very good for our use
Great for HRIS, Recruitment and payroll
Less suited for something like searching employees based on their legal names
Making sure folks are on leave
organization chart is a little weird section to deal too.. but hopefully once we get use to it it will be a better road.

But searching employees by name is by far the most painful
