Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling as an HR resource to manage time off, search for and add to the employee calendar, view our benefits, tools, and onboarding documentation, fill out employee reviews, access payroll and tax information, adding and editing our custom accounts, completing employee training programs, keeping up-to-date on business newsletters, among many other features.

Pros

  • Rippling is very intuitive and easy to navigate.
  • We also used the employee reviews feature and it was quite easy to use.
  • Managing time off is a breeze and the calendar feature allows us to see at a glance who is available.
  • The payroll layout is also extensive and offers all of the features we need, including tax information.

Cons

  • The auto-save progress feature doesn't seem to work all the time.
  • I'd like the employee time-off calendar to be more accessible while filling out my own.
  • The notifications are sometimes hidden or take a while to show up.
  • I have saved many hours finding updated company documentation all in one place.
  • I don't have to ask around to see if someone is available, as I can see so myself with their calendar feature.
  • Payroll notifications are automatically sent to my email and provided by Rippling.
Rippling provides a faster and more affordable service for our medium-sized business. I know that I can rely on Rippling to provide payroll documentation promptly and efficiently each and every pay cycle. Their tools are easy to use and intuitive when filling out customized forms such as quarterly reviews and post mortems.
I've used Rippling's tutorial feature to learn how to setup payroll information and it was quite informative.

Rippling is easy to navigate and uses intuitive dropdown menus for each of its features, whether that be payroll, the employee calendar, viewing benefits or onboarding documentation, or completing training programs. They also link their notifications to my email for keeping up to date on business newsletters and company documentation updates.
Rippling is a great cloud software for managing time off, searching for and adding to the employee calendar in order to see at a glance who is available, and even filling out employee reviews. It is also a great place to store all of our company documentation and keep it updated for the employees.
