Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I currently serve as the Admin for Rippling at our company. We were looking for an HR software that could consolidate our data and simplify processes as we continued to grow.
Today, we use Rippling to process payroll for both U.S.-based employees and international contractors. We also manage recruiting through the platform, as well as performance reviews.

Cons

  • Performance Review Module: The structure of the questions could be improved, along with offering greater flexibility when building review cycles.
  • International Payroll: The payroll process for international contractors could benefit from being faster and more streamlined.
  • Module Configuration: Some modules are applied to the entire organization, rather than allowing configuration for specific types of employees only (e.g., full-time vs. contractor).
  • Time & Attendance: More flexibility is needed for editing or correcting time-tracking data when errors occur.
  • Before switching to Rippling, we used multiple tools to run our operations—like Clockify, Gusto, and Payoneer. After moving everything into one platform, we calculated an approximate savings of 10% in our overall spend.
  • This estimate includes a discount that Rippling applied, which made the transition even more cost-effective.
It’s a much more intuitive and complete platform compared to others we explored. It also has a stronger reputation in the market. The partnerships we were able to build—and the post-sale support we received—made the entire experience much more robust.


Rippling offered a competitive price and gave us more flexibility to grow in the future with additional modules as our needs evolve.
Overall, they resolve our issues quickly and efficiently. The reason I didn’t give a 10 is because, on one occasion, even though the problem was solved promptly, the team wasn’t able to clearly explain the root cause. As a result, the issue repeated itself the next time. While it was again resolved quickly, it left us with some uncertainty about why the problem occurred in the first place.

Rippling is intuitive and easy to use for everyone in the company. It offers a wide range of features that we can take advantage of as an organization. The information is well organized, and the onboarding process is much smoother for new employees. It's also easy to customize policies based on employee type, which gives us a lot of flexibility.


The price is fair and aligned with the quality of the product and the support we’ve received since day one.
In the past, we used multiple platforms—and even outdated tools like spreadsheets—to manage our HR processes and store employee data. Rippling has done an incredible job helping us streamline everything.
It’s also made things a lot easier for our employees. Instead of logging into multiple systems to find or submit information, they now have one centralized, reliable place to go.


When it comes to payroll, we used to have very limited options for international contractors. Now, they’re empowered to choose the withdrawal method that works best for them, adding convenience and flexibility.
