Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is used in my organization to show the individual's impact on our company. Whether we are able to see our important onboarding and offer letter information, or we can check on our medical plans at the click of a button, we have the ability to see how we belong in the company as a whole. The ease of rippling helps us navigate our history, position, and upcoming events all in one place.

Pros

  • The interface is extremely organized, clear, vibrant, and shows colors well
  • The amount and speed of feedback after a survey or after an event helps me connect with the company in a more strategic way.
  • Your consistency to always be informing me and keeping me in the know of my own company.
  • You have excellent customer service and the amount of ways I can communicate to you is great

Cons

  • Hosting events that outline our medical plans
  • Speaking more with companies directly so we are able to see what Rippling does behind the scenes
  • Showing your reports and how our feedback has impacted you as a company. It feels good to know we helped you help us
  • Implementing a diverse network of communication practices such as email, chat, phone service and in person allows us to have access to the right information fast and through many means of verification
  • We use your feature of paycheck breakdown so the employee understands where and why the funds are allocated in such a manner. This helps us identify which individuals need extra assistance and which can become leaders in our organization
  • Your notification center is useful and the integration of the system allows our employees to understand their role and how to stay up to date on tasks. Not only do you submit an icon that represents the notification, but the email aids in connecting the employee to their position in a friendly and effective manner
Rippling is way ahead. I haven't checked the actual numbers but from our company being a somewhat younger company, we need new ways and more interaction within our programs. Rippling takes the cake by far. We're able to accurately schedule emails, deliver payroll, send messages, and utilize other tools that just aren't promoted much in other products
I give it a ten rating because they have always been a friendly and kind company who sends the proper assistance when needed. I've never had issues and if I ever did, I know my concerns will be met efficiently and respectfully.

I give it a ten because I am highly satisfied with the usability of this software. Not only can I view everything regarding my pay and position, but I can also learn and find more information on my company and who Rippling is. There are many ways to use Rippling whether it be phone, desktop, or tablet and I can easily switch from device to device with no problem.
When we had our first paycheck, I saw how easy it was for me to see each individual tax and accrual on my account and how I can see the estimate for the upcoming weeks. YOu've shown me in the interface how easy and efficient it is to swap between different places and it's all connected

I gave it this rating because I've been using Rippling for about a year and a half. From this time I've used it, me and my colleagues have praised the ease of use, the interface when navigating, and the opportunity to check about the other individuals in our company, especially when I was fairly new to the company. I appreciate the feedback, the instant responses, and I love getting told it's payday through email as well. The Rippling application and site has been consistently good and overall beneficial to our company. We are growing fast and the way your representatives and developers are using this platform to enhance the work day, is amazing thank you.

Yes, our company has grown fast, the amount of individuals we employ is developing at a high rate, but the fact is most don't want to use an interface that is confusing. When we ask people to join our company, we want as little barrier as possible in being pushed away or feeling like it's too difficult. One thing people want is money and money easily, our job is not easy, but You at Rippling make the payment, navigation process and training easy and it's appreciated by the feedback we receive on a daily basis.
I wouldn't do it differently. I actually may put Rippling at the front and disregard all others. Had I known what I know now, it would've been an easy answer to choose Rippling. I highly recommend this to any entrepreneur who has employees, because of the use and the feedback I receive with my team is wonderful

Change management was a big part of the implementation and was well-handled - A lesson that I took away from implementing Rippling for change management was ensuring the staff understood how they could use the platform so the individuals who are underneath will have their questions or concerns addressed in a familiar manner. This is important because everyone has different ways of gathering info, and if we can mitigate how confusing and increase how universal a site is, it makes everyone's job much easier

I gave it a 10 rating because I was pleased with the services and training provided. When my team and I got the word we'd be using Rippling, it was an easy transition because of your professionalism in this space. I loved the time and the effort and care we received when trying to navigate this site, We had a lot of questions in the beginning, but all of the questions were answered and in a timely, effective manner.

Configuring Rippling

I think that the product's configurability is just right for this type of product because all of the information and feedback I received from colleagues and other management have been nothing short of positive. The ease of use is helpful, the tools designed to help those that may struggle, the common questions being answered timely is important too.
Control is the most specific recommendation I can give. The layout of the platform allows the not-so-tech-savvy individuals stay up to date and informed about their company which helps everyone. The developers and configurations all easy navigation an room for feedback from all parties including our at our company too.

I did not purchase premium support for Rippling. As an employee, I don't believe I needed it because there wasn't sufficient reason to use it. there were a few questions I did have when I first began on Rippling but ever since then, I have always had my questions answered within a reasonable amount of time. The frequently asked questions help me understand what my role is and how I can better find the necessary information I did
In 2024, the early part, there was a slight issue with Payroll, you worked above and beyond to contact the necessary departments in my own company to let them know the issue faster than I realized there was an issue. Many people were upset, but the professionalism you managed helped the department continue to succeed despite the minor inconvenience we had that day. Thank you!

Yes - The mobile interface works very well. It is almost as easy as the site and allows for almost if not all of the same functionality as the site. Although it can be downloaded for free on the app store or Google Play, it's extremely helpful to employees and employers who have an outlook on their work day schedule. It's important we get to see our interface every day as we learn and get better with it, and Rippling allows us to do that on the go as our job demands

Continue to ask for feedback, ask questions, and use your platform in the way you think we like which is what you're doing now and it's working. We are a relatively new company but the other prospects we considered did not perform the job in an effective way in which we like.

Relationship with Rippling

I gave them this rating because the vendor was easy to work with during the sales process. I was easily able to identify which products were important to our company and in turn, I was able to allow others to understand by asking questions if we had any. They did great
I gave the vendor this rating because after the sale, I wasn't hassled or bothered. I did have a lot of information from the sale that it was easy to find the answer to any question I had. The presentation helped my company what's most important to me and our company by having the chance to deliver our mission and use that with the vendor to make the process seamless.
Foundation was the biggest principle term we were able to negotiate. The premise of our company is to be the best and with this vendor, we are ensured that we are on our right path thanks to the vendor's help working with my company to become great partners and even better leaders of the future.
Tips I have or advice for more effectively dealing with the vendor would be to continue to provide (instant or close to it) feedback when we are having new trainings or implementing new products, or having new information being prepared. It's appreciated when vendors like this allow the company the headroom to speak, ask questions, ask questions and make our company better day by day
