Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is used in our organization for payroll and recruiting. It helps me get paid on time much more easier now than our old software. I also use it for recruitment and posting job opportunities. It's way faster and quicker for folks in my organization to move people down the pipeline for job opportunities and such within our organization

  • Lots of spam applications unfortunately
It's easy to get in touch with Rippling representatives when there are issues on my end with things. They're super helpful and I have never had any issues with them

I give it this rating because it is super usable all around. If you're a business that can use Rippling, I highly recommend it because it helps with all sorts of things regarding HR, payroll, hiring, etc
Rippling is well suited in helping people get paid way easier. The process it took me to set up my direct deposit so I can get paid was super easy. And the stress levels for me finding top talent have lowered thanks to Rippling's easy way forward with recruitment efforts for my team
