Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We transitioned from ADP to Rippling and the transition was seamless. ADP seemed cluttered with features that users did not need, whereas Rippling is easy to use and has a clean user interface. It is now easier for me to submit PTO, check payroll, and review my benefits.

Pros

  • Still have to visit outside sources for some functions
  • Receive a surplus of email reminders/notifications
  • Seems to have streamlined everything regarding HR
I did not make the decision to switch, but Rippling seems far easier to use and less cluttered in comparison to ADP. ADP seemed to provide more than was needed, especially for standard users. Rippling has done a good job of keeping everything relevant, with the ability to easily add/hide functions that aren't relevant.

Both desktop and mobile versions are easy to access and use, with little clutter and easy to identify icons in the menu. Everything is self-explanatory and the help section provides great assistance finding what you're looking for.
Rippling makes it especially easy to submit PTO and monitor payroll and benefits. ADP made it difficult to easily accomplish PTO submissions and was very cluttered as far as benefits packages. Rippling keeps everything condensed which leads to it being easier to use and cleaner overall.
