Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Integrates multiple, disparate data sources that were previously housed in different products. For example, we now have workforce planning, payroll and benefits all within Rippling. This increases accuracy and efficiency and reduces the need for consultants, payroll contractors and increases employee trust in the company and the benefits it provides.

We selected Rippling because of its cost and ease of use. Our experience with Workday was not positive and we wanted to avoid a repeat of an expensive contract that ultimately does not serve our needs well. I also have a friend who works as an account manager for Rippling who provided early insight into the relatively new product.
Have not had to contact support, but the implementation consultant we are working with has been fantastic and very responsive!

Rippling has an easy-to-use user interface and so far, employees at my company have really enjoyed using it. I find the modules for payroll, performance management, personal information, and benefits easy to navigate and appreciate that so many different features are integrated into one product. I much prefer it to our previous HRIS, Workday.
Rippling does an excellent job of consolidating workforce planning, including open and pending reqs, and is also easy to use with an accessible payroll selection dashboard for employees. The performance management module is also intuitive. I do think Rippling could be better at integrating with Finance teams as there are few direct connectors to FPA software tools. Rippling could also improve its approval workflow - while I like that it automatically notifies approvers when something is pending, there are overall too many notifications sent and it is easy to lose them/ignore them.
