Rippling is primarily used for personnel management and payroll processing across various countries. The organizational chart is a vital feature, especially as we grow rapidly and sometimes lose track of new faces. Having all employee information readily available is extremely beneficial in any situation, and the centralized document repository is an excellent resource.

Cons

Setting up Roles and Permissions is complex and tends to be a headache for our HR team. Defining the correct access levels often takes more time than it should.
The interface can feel a little overwhelming at times due to the sheer number of modules and functionalities.
While support is helpful, the initial response speed could be improved in non-urgent situations.

I rated it a seven because Rippling has been incredibly helpful to me on numerous occasions. However, when I encountered an issue regarding a fee that I was charged, which was not related to my bank, it took Rippling a considerable amount of time to resolve the matter, this is why a gave a 7.

This level of efficiency and support has made a remarkable difference in our operations.
