Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling makes it incredibly easy to manage all things work-related. You don't need to sign into multiple pieces of software anymore, just one hub for time, spend, pay, and any other work-related questions or concerns. I'd prefer using Rippling over any other HR software I've used in the past at other companies. Highly recommended!

Pros

  • It's easy to submit expense requests and get approval from management
  • It's easy to see time off, including how much remains
  • Making any request and seeing its status is simple

Cons

  • I've seen niche bugs like when I was an interim manager handling requests
  • It's made it significantly easier to streamline HR requests and services
ADP has a clunkier user interface and doesn't provide as much flexibility. I've used other random side products for time tracking and similar at other jobs, but having a hub for literally everything is pretty much unbeatable.

It's the easiest HR software I've used to date. Anything from company operations to individual requests has an easier user experience than other companies I've used previously.
It's easy to submit expense requests and get approval from management. It stores the receipt, amount, memo, category, and anything else in one place that's easy to see when it's approved and paid out. It's also easy to see time off, how much is left, and making requests.
