Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
It is our financial system. It is our AP and AR system and we use it for prepaid and fixed assets. If we were report building experts it would be very useful however we are not and the team didn’t build any reports into our implementation nor did they set up the dimensions in the fixed assets so we are left still with a slower process.

We are able to receive emailed invoices from customers, it takes time for it to learn. Approvals are easier but would be better with grouped transmitting .

We would ask more specific questions in regard to implementation and import help, we still have no historical data because Sage Intacct doesn't know how. We were sold things that weren't true

- Timing was way off leaving us without a usable income statement
- no report writing even though I provided over 21 reports I needed at the first meeting
- No historical data upload / knowledge by sage
- Project manager wasn't Sage Intacct knowledgeable at all
