Salesforce can be tricky, but is absolutely a required tool.
Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce CMS
The product is used widely across most of the organisation and the commercial part of the business. We use it to track clients, prospects, marketing leads, quote generation, and contract management. The customer service team also uses it to log and answer client support tickets.

- CPQ integration has a lot of faults.
- Proactive insights into what is not being used in the platform so we can remove fields.
- Include more report options.
- Able to do accurate forecasting.
