Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft

SalesLoft is being used by a subsegment of our sales organization and across divisions within our organization. The primary use is for business development and managing outreach and email campaigns, which is a critical function for driving net new clients and building pipeline. BDRs, SDRs, and AEs are the primary users.

When users have trouble logging in, SalesLoft is very quick to fix the issue, typically within an hour. You can get product training as well.
Super easy to integrate with both Salesforce and LinkedIn--provides great interface and plug-ins for each.
SalesLoft definitely has a better interface; it's more intuitive and best in class for actual email building, tracking, and managing prospects.
SalesLoft is well suited for any BDR, SDR, or AE looking to manage a large volume of outreach to targeted contacts, to help build email campaigns and manage the outflow of each touch point (capturing historical data on every prospect), and ultimately to keep track of your prospect list.
