Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft

SalesLoft was being used by both our sales and marketing teams. Our marketing team was using it to send out marketing content to customers and prospects. On the sales team, we used SalesLoft for the automation. I spent a lot of time creating cadences that were automated so I did not have to spend time customizing 100% of the emails I sent.
  • Automation
  • Ease of Use
  • Analytics
  • Working with other sales software
  • More customizable template options
  • Ran a bit slow at times
  • Improved rep productivity
  • Improved outreach
  • Helped increase the overall set meetings
SalesLoft is pretty straightforward with the features and functionality. However, there were a handful of times where the entire sales floor would run into a SalesLoft issue. In these cases, someone from our sales enablement team would reach out and get the problem handled in about 24 hours. So overall, the support provided was good.
My team was able to integrate SalesLoft pretty easily and seamlessly into Salesforce. Obviously, the CRM being used is the most important integration, so that was nice. The only issue we ran into was with our phone system. That seemed to be a little more difficult to integrate and we ran into a few issues after integration.
  • Outreach
SalesLoft has a lot of the same features as Outreach. However, I feel like Outreach is a better all-around software. It seems to be easier to use and it has more features. There are a lot of things in Outreach that you can customize, which makes life for a sales rep much easier. SalesLoft is great, but I would choose Outreach.
SalesLoft is a great tool for up and coming sales teams. I have used a few software in this industry, and SalesLoft seems like a good fit for smaller teams. The basic features that a sales rep wants and needs are available, but there are some unavailable features [that would be] nice to have.
