Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft
SalesLoft is used within our organization to first ensure that we are sending emails to customers on a regular cadence but also to track when customers or prospects open emails etc. The teams within the organization that use Intercom are the sales team, both SDR and AE. The business problem that SalesLoft solved is added productivity and ensuring that reps are able to maintain consistency.

All the time, I like how SalesLoft uses Intercom to communicate with customers, as it feels super personal.
SalesLoft is suited to sales teams where there is a great deal of consistency and repetition in the emails and messaging they are producing and sending to customers. It is also great for ensuring that teams are sticking with the branding of a company. It is not suited for sales teams that put a lot of research into their outreach and need to ensure that each email is unique.
