Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft

We decided to start using SalesLoft more than 3 years ago, since then, our prospection life has been changed.
Before SalesLoft there was no way to automatize our prospection. The personalization was handmade all-time for all emails and we were calling our prospect with other tools. Salesloft really facilitated our life.
It allows us to create cadence like a series of actions (emails, LinkedIn, and calls) in order to reach our prospect.

With Salesloft, it is impossible to forget a prospect and the best way is that all our activities can be personalized.

As a manager, I found really useful all the analytic KPI that I can read and follow, plus, I can live-coach my team by listening to their calls.

  • Some email cannot pass the firewall
  • Increasing the number of opportunities per month.
  • More discipline in the team.
We often had some problems between SalesLoft and the integration with Outlook. The emails were often disconnected and we called the support every day. Every time we had these problems, support helped us even though the problems were not solved soon. I cannot complain about the support. They are very active and present.
Outlook integration is poor and often disconnected. Salesforce integration is way better but it can be improved.
The most useful scenario for Salesloft is a team of young business developers that need to learn discipline in the art of prospection.
