We use Salesloft to structure sales outreach; we have cadences for all the different personas, events & lead sources. Salesloft is easy to use and configure.

- More material on cadence best practices.
- Activity field mapping can be improved.
- More opps added to the pipeline.
- Never forget to reach out to prospects.
- Automatically add people to cadences for reps to outreach.
Most of my support tickets were resolved within 24 hours. Support provides video instructions along with solutions, which makes it easy for visual learners.
