Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft

SalesLoft is being used within the Sales department only. It addressed our problems with task tracking, call efficiency and recording. Dialing by hand was very inconvenient and time consuming. Having to keep track of call and email metrics manually was a pain. And not being able to record demos and discovery calls made it difficult to learn from our mistakes. SalesLoft has solved these issues and continues to provide value on a daily basis.
  • Call Cadences - Easily creates a list of contacts to be called. Efficiently follows a plan of attack.
  • Email Cadences - Easily creates a list of contacts to be emailed. Efficiently follows a plan of attack.
  • GoTo Meeting Recording - Drop in the link ID and presto. Records and stores everything!
  • Filters - It would be great to see more fliting options. (i.e. State)
  • Occasionally, system updates will affect usability for less than 5 mins.
  • Increased Sales Opportunities 5 fold.
  • Productivity increased significantly.
We've met with the account management team a few times and every time they spend the 1st hour listening to our issues and challenges before they begin suggesting or providing ideas and solutions.
SalesLoft integrates with Salesforce almost flawlessly. It's very easy to transport contacts into SalesLoft from Salesforce. This can be done by creating a New View or Report. Report does not always work though if I'm being honest. But it's nice to have more than one import option.
SalesLoft is better than both alternatives in both performance and aesthetics.
Call and Email cadences are a no brainer in comparison to manually dialing an emailing. You get so much more done in so much less time. The system truly allows you to work smarter, not harder.
