Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft

We're using SalesLoft to help set up meetings for our sales team with prospects in our industry. The platform is easy to use, and the support has been excellent. I also love how it tracks which email cadences are generating the most meetings for your team.

  • It would be great if you could report on exactly which emails were generating the meetings when you're testing different variants.
  • It can be finicky when moving people between steps.
  • Increased the number of the sales meetings.

Certain emails weren't sending - I joined one of their daily webinars, and someone troubleshot it within a few minutes!

If you're in an environment where the goal is to set up meetings for sales, SalesLoft is one of the best tools out there. If you're running more of a nurture program, it may not be as well-suited.
