Overall Satisfaction with Salesloft
We like the basic functionality that Salesloft provides. Automation Rules and Cadences are easy to setup and maintain.
Sales Reps are often hard to please, but they love Salesloft.
We have been using Salesloft for years. It is still the best tool out there for our use case.
Additionally, support is wonderful. Office hours are twice a day and it is also easy to submit a case through email.

- Some of the newest features seemed pushed out prematurely.
- I don't have a number or a percentage, but the automation of Cadences frees up thousands of man hours.
It is hard to pick one time because they are always very prompt and helpful. The twice daily office hours are a Godsend if there is ever an emergency. I personally have gotten on office hours over 50 times.
Not every company has twice daily office hours! This part of our relationship with Salesloft is greatly appreciated.

We have done our due diligence and explored many, many alternatives. Nothing matches up to Salesloft. We have never really seriously considered changing. Especially for our use case Salesloft stands out.
