Overall Satisfaction with Salesloft

We use it to make calls to leads and to manage automations with emails, dials and keeping track of progress through each rep. We like the drop in voicemail features and plan on using SL long term. The service is great and has saved my butt a few times when an automation is failing. They're prompt and typically solve my issues.

I had made a mistake in the automation that was causing big issues to our process. I had sent in a case and a coordinator met with me to fix the bug and get things back online. I was at a loss and was having a really hard time figuring out the issue and they worked with me to resolve it.

getting high call volume out. Its really easy to create a cadence and work step by step
