Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Salesloft for activity management, calendar scheduling and contact management. We started using it to streamline communication and make logging client communication easier. We rolled this tool out to our whole sales team.

Pros

calendar management through open calendar link with rules set by the user
availability sharing with calendar links for automatic scheduling
easy microsoft work integration for logging communication
Salesloft mobile App is easy to use for communication management

Cons

the Salesloft homepage is overwhelming for me and hard to follow
the AI recommendations aren't taking into account for companies using multiple platforms
can't use availablity function for any users without a Salesloft account

The tool has definitely saved me time with scheduling
This tool has lead to more scheduled meetings and a faster sales cycle

There was an issue where my calendar invites were not showing up on my calendar, making it impossible to use. The support team helped me sort it out.

I find it to be the best resource for scheduling calls with clients. Specifically when the call includes multiple people using Salesloft, it's so simple and easy to use to send open times to client and then to be able to send active links to the client where with one click the calendar invite shows up on my calendar? it's the best most efficient tool I have in my toolbelt at the moment.

When it comes to logging, it's also simple but I wish I could add a contact to SL from the Microsoft integration.
