Overall Satisfaction with Salesloft

My sales team and I use Salesloft to:
- Record email, phone call to our CRM
- Mass emailing to clients
- Tracking email opens and shares

Pros

  • organize activities to a person or company
  • track email open rates
  • work with multiple vendor systems

Cons

  • Setting up campaigns is clunky
  • Tracking open rates has allowed for more effective email strategy, saving time and money
It works well with Salesforce, although one system would seem simpler.
