Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Business One is used daily at our facility. We use it to manage our inventory and others that we have at other locations. It handles all internal orders and billing as well as streamlining our processes.

Pros and Cons

Relationship Maps - showing us the process from start to finish in one screen is helpful
Holding people accountable as their name is attached to each process they do
Easy to Bill and Pay our customers and vendors
Reporting is very clearly designed for maximum clarity

Not easy enough to customize other reports that come up as being needed
Training myself and my staff at time of implementation
Setting up macros automatically would be nice
Having more included instead of having all the extra pieces being extra money especially for upgrades

it is a lot for one person to learn at the beginning but what we use, we do use daily.

when I need support it normally costs me extra even though I am paying for support as it is an issue that has to be forwarded. very frustrating

Overall I love the program and it is an imperative program for us to use daily now. I would strongly recommend that if you get this program that you have someone that can be fully trained in every way and every program that this program uses so that you can utilize it to the fullest extent.
