Use Cases and Deployment Scope

This software, from the moment I implemented it, has become a primary tool in safeguarding the commercial activities of the company; it was also considered an essential platform to manage virtual and online all those actions that generate commercial importance. Likewise, I find this software very useful as a backup in the future in case I want to change some rules or structure of the company or simply the commercial activity; anyway, the database will serve as a model for other changes. Finally, the use of SAP Commerce Cloud in the company has helped maintain and increase its development because the weekly reports motivate us to be better every week and every month; we can better manage time to achieve the maximum possible tasks, and we focus on those things that achieved a positive impact on the company and, finally, we give the best treatment to customers by keeping their information in the cloud to address them in a personalized way.

Pros and Cons

Its structure which is based on the characteristics of Java Spring is very good, so you can better manage your tools and it is reflected quickly and very perceptively.
All the information stored is divided in an organized way and in the corresponding place according to its area; this allows us to locate it without any problem when looking for some data.
Simply, this software is very easy to use, it does not have unnecessary tools, and it does not have any specific function; all its functions are optimal.

Some procedures in the CMS are usually very slow, specifically in the CMS Cockpit; I cannot use most of the templates or manage certain content. For this reason, I try to find other alternatives, but they are not as efficient as CMS Cockpit should be.
There are some functions that are a bit outdated, more like the user interface; it is worth mentioning that this is a very important tool because it is the first contact that customers have with the software and the company as such.

Return on Investment

Through the stable implementation of SAP Commerce Cloud and all those tools that can be integrated together to achieve a better result, I have obtained good results that, in the long run, will serve for future solutions that will allow the good application of its functions and thus cause a positive state and production of the company, not only for the protection of information but also for the analysis of reports that make us increasingly strict with our objectives and set new ones. We have improved the ability with which we work with our customers to provide them with the best service related to the business so that we can get better reviews.

Scalability

It has considerably increased our workload, and with this, we were able to comfortably assume each new responsibility, providing us with a new interface to make transactions and better agreements has considerably increased the commercial agreements that we have obtained in the last year, in addition to allowing us to consolidate optimal commercial bases for future events.

Ease of Integration

Its interface is quite complete, and the solutions it offers complement each other perfectly, so the integration of another system would make things more complex; the only thing we have opted for is integration with image tools to obtain greater resolution and quality.

Mirakl at first was complicated to use, it took me a long time to adapt to its system; in addition, the price to obtain it is very high; it is the opposite of SAP Commerce Cloud, its price is affordable for all the functions it has and it is very easy to use.
