We use SAP Commerce Cloud mainly for enabling our business to create a unique personalised and seamless shopping experience for our customers. It also provides feature rich digitally scalable solutions which we can easily deploy on our cloud premises. It really helped us to boost our revenues by almost 20%.

  • May be they can reduce the pricing little bit so that it can become more affordable
  • There is a scope to add more features in the dashboard

Overall SAP Commerce Cloud is very usable for sales oriented customers because it delivers smooth experience across customer facing channels while providing a unified view of your business. It also has pre built integration suite which helps us to connect with other SAP and third party cloud on premise applications.
SAP Commerce Cloud fares very well against the other tools which we had used earlier because comparatively we have got accurate and real time recommendations in SAP Commerce Cloud. It is also very secure and scales up pretty fast because of that we haven't faced any delays or glitches so far.
