We prepare large managed services proposals for our clients in which we also propose monitoring and automation solutions. We have begun proposing ScienceLogic as a monitoring and automation tool and have successfully deployed ScienceLogic with a large CPG client which we plan to replicate in proposals to other clients.

It integrated with all tools and helped us get the large spectrum of visibility that we were hoping for. We were also able to go live quickly. We have a long way to go to implement it in other areas and see the full benefits but at this point, we are off to a good start.
It's helping us get business KPI's tracked and monitored while linking to underlying infrastructure and apps, which helps us manage and spend effectively, as well as invest in areas of growth. We also see a potential for tools consolidation once we are rolled out to all areas and see the expected cost of savings.

Contracting is easy and the cost is really competitive. It helps in tools consolidation and we receive all the benefits. Additionally, we are planning on using it to replace other tools in APM areas if we see good features in upcoming releases. ScienceLogic provides good reporting and dashboards which helps us a lot in daily work.
