Overall Satisfaction with ScienceLogic SL1

We use EM7 and Integration server from Sciencelogic SL1 and applied it across 100+ customers across different sectors and would continue to expand the deployment with upcoming customers too.
  • Escalation support for EM7 product
  • Flawless handover between support engineers during a P1
  • Online Training
  • Service desk support needs improvement. I would love to get minimal questions from SD agent during a critical P1 support call when [the] customer is referring a case number
  • Support engineer knowledge on IS product needs improvement
  • Delay in Engineering teams support during public holidays and weekend support
  • Percona support and response needs improvement during crisis

Yes we are using ScienceLogic SL1 to support Servicenow
We had integrated SL1 with inhouse products which helps to automate workflows / processes
  • ScienceLogic SL1 along with relay servers to have more control on the incoming traffic
  • BMC Helix ITSM (Remedy)
