Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect
As a installation service company for consumer and custom electronics we frequently have an internal and external need for remote support. Internally it is crucial for our Senior technicians to be able to see what's going on or "take the wheel" when a Junior Technician is onsite and having issues. Externally it limits truck rolls by allowing me to fix a majority of problems without having to send a tech which is a huge opportunity cost saving.
- Easy and quick for clients to install
- Easy to administrate user permissions
- Easy to setup- SaaS
- Mac client should be easier to get going. If user clicks the wrong prompt it can be difficult to talk them through it.
- Client software needs a "Force Check In" option to limit delay when waiting for client to reconnect after internet outage or change from hardwired to wireless
- Not needed after a little time familiarizing but a guide when creating a new session that includes info on what your client is seeing and steps to navigate
- Limit onsite service call
- Quick setup for client, shortens time spent getting connected
