Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

Our organization uses SeekOut to research candidate demographics in various markets, to identify qualified candidates for high priority roles, to identify candidates in underrepresented populations, and to determine the appropriate ways to contact candidates regarding opportunities that are suitable for their skill sets. SeekOut is particularly useful for identifying candidates with niche or in-demand technical skills who may or may not be represented in other recruiting tools.

  • SeekOut's data aggregation is probably the best in its class.
  • SeekOut's bias reduction search features are impressive and extremely useful for companies looking to improve representation and inclusion.
  • SeekOut's smart filters sometimes skew too broad when it comes to candidate skills and experiences

I've never had to contact Support.
SeekOut provides many of the same features as these other tools, but its candidate profiles are more comprehensive, and its bias mitigation features are a game changer. It also has a greater degree of accuracy in identifying candidates that are members of underrepresented groups when compared to most other sourcing tools on the market.

SeekOut is well-suited for teams that are relatively technical and comfortable using sourcing tools. It is more appropriate for teams that are sourcing for complex or high priority roles, because teams that are looking to fill entry-level or volume roles can likely get by using job boards, LinkedIn, or other less sophisticated tools.
