Overall Satisfaction with Shopify Plus

It's the platform where we run both of our B2C and B2B stores, our entire catalog, and even discontinued products, it's our online storefront hosting all branded content, our programs and blog

Pros

  • Catalog set up
  • Online Store WYSIWYG editor
  • Analytics reporting on sold products

Cons

  • The attributed revenue for different channels sometimes is inaccurate
  • the development finds a lot of room of improvement on the HTML capabilities of the platform
  • Hosting multimedia video without compromising loading time- site speed
  • Positive: Shopify has been a solid platform to help our brand grow
  • Positive: The user-friendly interface let's the team collaborate en different projects
  • Positive: From a branding perspective the platform allows us to customize the look and feel according to our brand guidelines
  • Negative: It needs the apps to access extra functionality and of course that incurs in extra charges
The platform is very solid and strong enough to hold a large product catalog, it has a great user-friendly interface so the team can collaborate seamlessly to finalize projects and it's customizable enough so our development team can tailor the store according to our brand guidelines.

It has areas of improvement, how complex is the UI on the blog, and the analytics can be glitchy/inaccurate sometimes
There are all good for business who are just starting but as the business grows the platform has to be able to scale with it

It's a great place to start your business, but once you get big, you need to scale up, and Shopify Plus is good but it can be even better to propel your business into a more successful one providing high-quality UX
