It is used across the whole organization. It is used to communicate with clients that don't have other options. We use it for sales, marketing, and support with international clients all over America.

Nice to create groups

Really hard to install or set up
Many problems with generating calls

Skype

I think others are easier to use and have the same capabilities. I only use Skype for business because some clients don't have any other alternatives.
